We are looking for engineers to help us build Nebula, a powerful SaaS back office system that will help brokers around the world manage their clientele and their trading, back office, and administration operations, both by acting as an industry-specific CRM as well as integrating with multiple trading platforms, including Nova.
Successful candidates will be expected to write clean, well-architected Java and Typescript code, and its respective tests. You will also be expected to be a mentor to more junior developers, and make good architectural decisions that will create a solid foundation for the further expansion of our product.
Specifically, we are looking for people that have:
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- 3+ years of experience with Angular2+
- Good understanding of software architecture and the ability to write clean code.
- An almost compulsive need for well-tested code, and always include comprehensive tests in their PRs.
- The ability to perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- The ability to interact with junior employees and guide them, being a force for multiplying their output.
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and make informed decisions.
